Bad Time to Be a Staples Employee?

In the last 3 years, the stock has fallen by 50%.

In the last 3 years, 401 (k)s probably have lost at least that amount.

Now the rumor is that Mitt Romney’s Bain Capital wants to buy Staples and turn it into a private company.  Anybody thinking that with all the problems that the company has had in the last few years that this buyout will be yet another Bain buy and shutdown approach.  I believe it is and I think it is a very scary time to be a Staples employee.  Sometimes small miracles do happen when you least expect them (at least for me)…
